Element Lobby

BASE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• 7 night’s accommodations at Element by Westin Marriott Bonvoy points supported
  Bend, Oregon
• Each room has 2 queen beds, walk-in shower, free coffee, microwave, and a mini fridge
• Complimentary Hot Breakfast
• Complimentary Internet, Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Fitness Center
• Complimentary Appetizers, Wine, and Beer, Monday through Thursday 5-6:30pm
• Welcome Check-In and Après Party at Resort Friday evening
• Includes all Hotel Taxes and Resort Fees
• Shuttles to/from Mt. Bachelor
• Group travel round trip airfare to Bend (Redmond), Oregon
• Round Trip Ground Transport between Airport and Resort including baggage handling and tips

• Registration provided by each club.
• Monday-Welcome and Get Acquainted party with dinner and live music
• Tuesday-FSC Fun Race or Poker Run
• Thursday-Neon themed costume party with dinner and DJ
• On mountain lunch at Pine Lodge with a visit from the avalanche dogs and trainers

Discounted Pricing

• Elements (Standard QQ or K room) Total package price  $2,181* pp/dbl occ

*These prices reflect a 3% discount on the Base Package, only when paying the entire amount by check or money order (selecting Land Only eliminates this discount).  The discount will be reflected on the final invoice to be paid.  If any partial payment is made by credit card, no discount will apply.

Non–Discounted Pricing

• Elements (Standard QQ or K room) Total package price  $2,248 pp/dbl occ
• Elements Single Occupancy (Single Supplement): $1,061 to discounted and non-discounted pricing

Land Only: (no air, conditional transportation) Deduct $714 from the non-discounted pricing, eliminates 3% discount

FLIGHT INFORMATION

Except for a trip’s cancellation policy, any participant is on notice that he or she is fully responsible for any risk, injury, death, limitation, cancellation, or other loss for any restrictions imposed by local, state, national, or international governments or guidelines of the CDC or similar agency due to COVID-19 at any participating events or trips held by or associated with the Miami Ski Club.  For any trips, it is strongly recommended that a participant purchase travel insurance.
