Steamboat Springs, Colorado
8 Days/7 Nights – Sunday-Sunday
Ski Town USA. The name Steamboat evokes images of Olympian skiers, ultra-light, dry snow trademarked as “Champagne Powder®, 3,700 acres of the most amazing terrain including cruisers, steep runs, and tree skiing. Yet it’s also known for family-friendly skiing with great schools and wide greens. With over 300 inches of snowfall annually and numerous runs, the skier has a choice from the 3‑mile beginner trail “Why Not” run to the expert-only terrain of Mahogany Ridge and Fish Creek Canyon with cliffs, glades, and hike‑to double‑black challenges. Unlike the jagged areas in the Rockies, Steamboat’s unique rolling-hills is perfect for skiers, at whatever level they are. Kids 6-12 years old ski free when Parent or Grandparent purchase a 5+ Day Ticket.
The Steamboat range consists of several mountains including Mount Werner, Sunshine Peak, Storm Peak, Thunderhead Peak, Mahogany Ridge, and Christie Peak. With such a range of mountains, it’s not hard to find a diversity of trails for all levels of ability. Who could ask for more?
